Failure to attend a scheduled appointment or cancel/reschedule within 24 business hours will incur the following fees:

At Infectious Disease Associates, we understand that unexpected emergencies or commitments may occasionally result in missed appointments. However, failing to inform us of a cancellation deprives other patients of essential care and appointment slots.
If an appointment is not canceled at least 24 hours in advance, the following no-show fees will be applicable:
New Patient Visits: $175
Follow Up: $95
PFT Test: $110
We recognize that certain unavoidable circumstances may arise, necessitating a cancellation within 24 hours. In such cases, fees may be waived, but only with approval from management/physicians.
