At Infectious Disease Associates, we prioritize individualized care by refraining from double booking appointments. We understand that unexpected emergencies or commitments may occasionally result in missed appointments. However, failing to inform us of a cancellation deprives other patients of essential care and appointment slots.
If an appointment is not canceled at least 24 hours in advance, the following no-show fees will be applicable:
New Patient Visits: $175
Follow Up: $95
PFT Test: $110
We recognize that certain unavoidable circumstances may arise, necessitating a cancellation within 24 hours. In such cases, fees may be waived, but only with approval from management/physicians.
